Will this work with LED low/high headlights? I have a ‘23 T Bucket that I put LED headlights on and they keep blowing the fuse on my headlight switch.

i have 140 amp alternator - street and strip car. Rear / trunk mounted battery, car has electric fuel pump, twin electric fans, what size wire for alternator? and do i need fuse in line of the alternator?

Dang it. I just had (have currently) the same problem, but all my fuses are good. I tried to jump the starter fuse holes, and it started and ran, then died. Then I tried again, and it sounded like it was dying, and then it wouldn't turn over the starter. Maybe it's my starter now, but I don't think that was it originally.

It seems like nobody understands the concept of the triggering system being tied to ground, and how much better that is all of the other message seem like they could be dangerous when you’re adding sources of voltage and amperage from external sources, I would think those can combine with the existing and cause problems, but my issue is I just need to wire mine with an adjustable temperature sensor that will activate The ground but I can’t seem to find anything that will do that

If you have part of the broken bolt still sticking out, screw a single nut on the exposed stud. Get a BFH (big hammer) & mushroom the head of the stud. Then back the stud out. Works most of the time.

Unless it's a manual transmission the parking brake is useless. I delete parking brakes whenever I do rear brakes.

It is hilarious now that I think of it, wasted so much time trying to retrofit a 96 f150 windshield motor to a 74 camaro. The wiring was so complicated, I got the module and wired it to the existing camaro switch but no way in the world did it work, blew a couple of fuse and it was a big fail😂 looks like this 95 jeep motor doesn't need the module to control the motor so I'm gonna give this one a try.

You failed to mention that when you jump the starter relay it is dangerous because you are bypassing the neutral safety switch.

What gauge of wire should i run to feed a 2 fan system? 10g 8g? Lower? AND can you run 2 fans on 1 relay or should they be on separate feeds? Thanks..great tutorial

How do you get CURB LIGHTS on a trailer to turn on with the turn signal from your truck? Curb lights I mean are a wide angle light that shines down to the front of the trailer tire when you turn signal on so you can see how close you are to a curb when it’s dark.

I have a issue. I wired up a dual fan setup with 3 terminal toggle switch with light on it. I have wired everything as wire diagram shows. When ignition is off, I can turn switch on and it turns on fans but when I turn the car on , the fans turn off. Unless the toggle switch ground needs to be grounded straight to the battery instead of interior ground, im lost.

My question is: Can I make the brake lights double as turn signal/hazard lights with modifications to this setup? I tried to look through the comments first so I apologize if this has already been answered.

I haven’t finished watching it yet but I’m at the part where your wiring the headlights. I notice that you wire the horn switch to the ground block and the relay, but for the headlights you wire to the positive block and the relay. I’m sure there is a simple explanation for this and I’m over complicating it haha. But would you be able to explain why that is? Thanks in advance.

Thank you I will need to try on my 75 beetle vw and I got a square relay with 3 proud the original flasher relay which led relay I will need. And for tail light I assume I don’t need relay.

Excellent video! A few comments to fill in a bit more. Fuses are generally sized to the wire rather than the load. The wire is presumably sized to the load but the point is fuses don't protect devices they keep the wire from burning up. Older vehicles have a fusible link or a thin piece of wire in-line that will burn up and the thin wire might not be easy to spot. Typically it is one gauge smaller and a few inches long. Obviously starters without a solenoid on them will not spin down faster without a diode since they use centrifugal force.
